Job Details for Data Entry Specialist:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Pay rate: $19-$20/HR
  • Health benefits after 30 days

Job Responsibilities for Data Entry Specialist:

  • Drafting workers compensation/civil subpoenas - data entry
  • Ensuring local rules are followed regarding service of subpoenas
  • Drafting authorizations for signature
  • Filing documents with courts
  • Researching local rules of civil procedure for new jurisdictions
  • Submitting/accepting client orders made via email or online
  • Corresponding with clients/court personnel

Job Requirements for Data Entry Specialist:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
  • Excellent typing skills
