Position: Receptionist/Data Entry
Work Location: Brooklyn, NY 11237
Pay rate: $20 - $27/hr on DOE
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 7:30am - 4pm
Dress Code: Warehouse appropriate
 
Job Description:
  • Receptionist/Data Entry personnel to work at warehouse / dispatching / receiving of small beverage company.
  • Daily duties would include receipt of payments & issuance of receipts from customers, interface between warehouse employees, logistics / receiving / dispatching employees, interface with various drivers, update of relevant company data tracker sheets, daily entry into QuickBooks, answering of phone calls and liaising with customers on orders.
  • The warehouse is cold.
