Job description

The Receptionist/Admin will provide general office and project support. The Receptionist must be a customer service oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills; must have highly developed organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a demanding environment; proficient with English grammar and composition; exhibit discretion, tact, and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients Maintain (be familiar with) schedules, arrange meetings, events and appointments includes providing reminders.

Able to maintain multiple calendars for Executives with logistics Identify ways to streamline executive workload and free up time from non-productive tasks Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Assist with production of reports, presentations and briefs Maintains a positive disposition during times of multiple priorities and follows through to completion Manage mailroom; Work with vendors with maintenance of office equipment Maintain Inventory of Office & Kitchen Supplies Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers and manage maintenance on office equipment/facility Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Conduct Internet research Assist with overflow work as needed Take meeting minutes as needed Handle other requests and queries as needed QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma with 2-3 years of administrative experience or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred or minimum of a Bachelors Degree with no previous Administrative Support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Fluent with flight & hotel travel reservations Effective communicator with great people skills. .
