Resposibilities

  • Assist with processing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing
  • Support new hire processes, job changes, and terminations
  • Complete and file HR forms (e.g., employment verifications, I-9s)
  • Assist with benefits processing and leave administration
  • Enter vendor invoices and reconcile statements
  • Support billing and collections efforts
  • Help maintain office equipment and supply inventory
  • Support general office administration and receptionist duties
  • Attend meetings and participate in required trainings
  • Other duties as assigned to support learning and office operations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Associate degree or coursework in business, accounting, or human resources preferred.

  • 1 year of ECS administrative experience. This role is designed for individuals looking to grow into an Office Administrator position and will include training across all key job functions.
