Job description

Imagine entering an upbeat, energetic workplace and leaving with a sense of purpose and accomplishment every day.  Think Bank is seeking a motivated, organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Support Administrator. In this role, you'll provide administrative support across the organization, ensure the integrity of organizational documents through record retention, and be the first point of contact for visitors at our Corporate Office.  You will be a vital part of the team supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to every customer.

You’ll use your strong communication skills to create a warm, professional experience for visitors and employees, while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Additional job duties include:

  • Assisting various departments with administrative tasks
  • Coordinating trainings and catering orders
  • Accurately handling data entry, scanning, and indexing of key documents
  • Monitor the reception area by routing messages, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate contacts. 
  • Respond to external requests for customer banking information.
  • Assist departments by printing letters and processing check payments.
  • Enroll employees in compliance training system and assign courses
  • Provide back-up to the mail processing center. 

 Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in a professional business environment

Schedule:

This is a part-time position offering 25 hours per week.
We are seeking a candidate who is ideally available to work Monday-Friday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM with flexibility to add or adjust hours as needed.

Pay: $25.07/hour; non-exempt
