Position Overview

As the Reception & Office Support Associate, you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for customers, vendors, and team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, answering phones, staying organized, and supporting a busy office environment.

No industry experience is required. The Door Store & Windows is willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

What You'll DoCustomer Service
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
  • Greet customers visiting the showroom
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Assist customers with general questions and basic product information
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate customer follow-up as needed
Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate customer records and information
  • Enter and update information in company systems
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and general office organization
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
Showroom Support
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
  • Monitor office and showroom supplies
  • Assist with company events and special projects as needed
