Airtech International is looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Springfield facility. This role combines routine administrative tasks with opportunities to assist across the office, events, and team projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys helping a busy team stay on track and succeed.

ROLE SNAPSHOT

Our office is collaborative and fast-moving. While this role has core responsibilities, priorities can shift throughout the day. The person in this position should be comfortable staying organized, adjusting as needed, and taking initiative to keep things running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being helpful, notices what needs to be done, and takes pride in supporting a busy team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Office & Administrative Support

  • Greet visitors and provide reception coverage as needed
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and daily mail distribution
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks for leadership and team members

Employee Events & Engagement Support

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for employee events, celebrations, and company-sponsored activities
  • Assist with execution of employee lunches, parties, and recognition events

General Administrative Support

  • Prepare, copy, scan, and file documents as directed
  • Provide additional administrative support to keep the office organized and running smoothly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Friendly and professional with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
