SpecialtyRx is an innovative, full-service pharmacy who partners with subacute and long-term care facilities throughout the United States, transforming drug care by facilitating the complete medication dispensing process.
Under general supervision of the Floor Purchasing Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform duties assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
• Receiving Technician is responsible for receiving, inspecting and organizing incoming medication
and supply shipments.
• Verify order accuracy and correctly put medications to stock for pharmacist and pharmacy
technician use.
• This position plays a key role in supporting smooth pharmacy operations.
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS
• Frameworks/ECM knowledge, plus
• Pharmacy Technician Experience Preferred
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday; 8:00am-4:30pm
