Business Performance Manager – ISO Excellence is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for improving the financial and operational performance of independent store partners.This role analyzes owned businesses.**Responsibilities*** **Performance Analysis:** + Analyze sales, margin, pricing, rebate, and inventory performance data at the ISO, customer and market level. + Identify areas for improvement with margin, pricing, rebate, inventory, and underperforming programs. + Assess profitability trends and highlight risk or growth opportunities. + Develop recurring reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.* **Pricing & Margin Optimization** + Evaluate pricing realization and execution trends. + Identify opportunities for pricing adjustments or structural pricing
