Job description

The GTM Manager for North America is responsible for enabling efficient, scalable, and data-driven commercial operations across the region through the execution and continuous improvement of the organization's Go-to-Market strategy. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Revenue Operations, and senior business leaders, this role serves as both a strategic facilitator and operational leader, driving cross-functional alignment, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will coordinate GTM initiatives, establish and manage a structured operating cadence, support strategic planning, and ensure consistent execution against growth objectives and market opportunities. This role plays a critical part in embedding GTM best practices, enhancing CRM adoption, leveraging TAM/SAM data, and delivering actionable insights that optimize revenue performance across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Planning & Execution

  • Support the development, implementation, and measurement of the North America Go-to-Market strategy.

  • Establish and maintain a structured GTM operating cadence across the region.

  • Coordinate and co-chair weekly GTM meetings alongside regional sales leaders.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop, monitor, and execute strategic growth plans.

  • Facilitate alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations teams.

  • Drive adoption of GTM best practices and ensure consistency of execution across business segments.

  • Monitor progress against initiatives, document action items, and proactively follow up to ensure accountability and delivery.

  • Champion CRM best practices, including utilization of TAM (Total Addressable Market) and SAM (Serviceable Addressable Market) data to support planning and execution.

  • Act as the central point of coordination for multiple GTM workstreams and strategic initiatives.

Commercial Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior sales leaders responsible for North America's key business segments to support strategic planning and execution.

  • Build strong relationships across the organization and influence without direct authority.

  • Drive ownership and accountability among stakeholders through clear governance, reporting, and action tracking.

  • Facilitate productive discussions that align priorities, identify obstacles, and accelerate decision-making.

  • Support change management efforts and operational transformation initiatives across the commercial organization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and enhance GTM dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.

  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews.

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams using commercial and operational data.

  • Conduct market opportunity analyses, including TAM/SAM assessments, territory opportunity analysis, and segmentation reviews.

  • Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue outcomes.

  • Support annual planning and forecasting processes through bottom-up analysis and data-driven recommendations.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish repeatable processes and frameworks that improve commercial execution.

  • Create and maintain GTM templates, governance structures, and operating procedures.

  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the integration and adoption of new business units, teams, or acquired organizations into the GTM framework when applicable.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Strategy, or Program Management.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect operational activities to business outcomes.

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating data into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and drive accountability across senior leadership teams without direct reporting authority.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting commercial organizations within SaaS, technology, PropTech, or enterprise software environments.

  • Experience developing GTM programs and operating frameworks at regional or global scale.

  • Understanding of market analysis, territory planning, TAM/SAM methodologies, and revenue operations processes.

  • Experience facilitating executive-level business reviews and planning activities.

  • Familiarity with sales enablement methodologies and change management practices.
