Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Workday Operations Analyst to join our Strategic Operations team. This hybrid role combines operational Workday support with configuration responsibilities across multiple functional areas, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Compensation. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, support business operations, and help deliver scalable Workday solutions in an Agile environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong Workday operations experience who is eager to grow their configuration skills while working alongside experienced platform architects on high-impact initiatives that support a nationwide workforce.

This position is based in the Atlanta area and follows an in office work schedule from our corporate office in Dunwoody, Georgia.


The Workday Operations Analyst to support HR processes, business-as-usual (BAU), master data management, and operational Workday delivery across our portfolio. Operating within our Strategic Operations division, this hybrid role blends Level 2 support with system configuration across functional SKUs (including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits).
This is a high-impact position that sits within an Agile-driven delivery framework. It is perfect for someone who is technically proficient with Workday, eager to participate in sprint delivery cycles, and skilled at executing clean system adjustments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of hands-on experience supporting, processing, auditing, and troubleshooting Workday transactions.
  • Experience with or foundational knowledge of Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, security groups, or related functionality.
  • Proficiency creating and maintaining Workday reports and performing mass data updates using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
  • Experience supporting Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, or Core HCM processes within Workday.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, or structured project delivery environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
