Job description

This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
The Dealer Network Strategy and Performance Intern will be responsible for assisting Dealer Network leadership with the implementation and management of the domestic dealer network. This role will operate as the liaison between business centers and headquarters to ensure network activities are aligned to Stellantis goals for dealer performance. This may include assisting in network tracking, as well as supporting multiple reporting functions as they relate to the domestic dealer network. Examples of reporting functions within the Dealer Network organization include National Dealer Placement, Network Intelligence, Retail Training, Realty and Branding, Strategy and Transformation. Additionally, various special assignments will be assigned if needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
  • Willingness to relocate for internship, if applicable
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by Spring 2027
  • Authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry
  • Automotive industry experience
