Job description

Job Description Robert Colello Associates at eXp Realty | North Park, San Diego, CA | Full-Time The clients you support would call you the most reliable, warm, and thorough person they have ever worked with. Your former bosses would say you never let anything fall through the cracks. If that is just how you are, this was written for you.

Robert Colello has spent over two decades building a real estate business rooted in one thing: genuine trust. No ad spend. No cold outreach.

Just people who loved working with him so much they told everyone they knew. That kind of business does not happen by accident. It happens because every person on the team treats every client like family.

That is the culture you would be stepping into. Robert moves fast, thinks big, and stays focused on relationships and growth. He needs someone who loves the ground game, someone who finds genuine satisfaction in a clean transaction, a well-run system, and a client who feels completely taken care of.

You would manage transactions from contract to close, own the CRM, support the team, and protect Robert's time, not because someone is watching, but because that is simply the standard you hold yourself to. You will help manage the flexibility in Robert's day that he needs help communicating with clients if he's slightly running behind because again, he is a relationship builder. When a client is handed off to you, they should feel like they are still in the best hands in San Diego.

Warm, thorough, and nothing falling through the cracks. If that description sounds less like a job requirement and more like a personality trait, you are exactly who we are looking for. What you will own every day: Transaction management from contract to close.

You are coordinating escrow, managing timelines, communicating with vendors, handling repair requests, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. Deals run clean because you make them run clean. CRM ownership.

Every lead, every past client, and every referral source in the database is heard from, followed up with, and never forgotten. Nothing goes dormant on your watch. Listing management.

From the moment a property goes under contract to the day it hits the market, you are coordinating vendors, staging, photography, MLS, and showing schedules. Robert's calendar and priorities. You filter what needs his attention, bring it to him prepared, and protect the rest of his time so he can stay focused on relationships and growth.

Team support. You are the connective tissue for a small, close-knit team. Daily communication, shared systems, and making sure every person has what they need to do their job well.

SOPs. You spot the gaps, you document the fix, and you own the improvement. Client events.

You help coordinate client appreciation activities that keep this referral-based business thriving. Occasional evenings and weekends required. This role requires 2+ years supporting a top-producing real estate agent or team in transaction management, operations, or a similar role.

CRM proficiency, strong follow-through, and a valid CA driver's license with a reliable vehicle are required. The Details: Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience, plus an opportunity for a bonus Hours: Full-time, 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday, with flexibility for nights and weekends Benefits: Paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and 401(k) with employer match Location: North Park, San Diego, CA. You live within a 40-minute commute to North Park.

You have daily access to a personal vehicle you can drive for work-related tasks, a valid driver's license, and insurance. Team: You will work alongside a close-knit group that includes Robert's son Angelo and a small, supportive team of showing specialists and agents. Every finalist completes a Predictive Index assessment before moving forward.

It takes six minutes and helps us make sure this is the right fit for you as much as it is for us. This is a full-time, direct-hire placement with our client. Candidates that reach out to the client directly may be disqualified from consideration.
