Job Description:

The Data Entry Administrative Assistant will support the office by preparing and updating documents, entering and transferring information accurately, and assisting with a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and transfer written information from one document to another with strong attention to detail
  • Prepare and format contracts and other business-related documentation
  • Review and update records related to real estate and title paperwork
  • Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Assist with general office duties including emailing, faxing, and document management
  • Communicate with internal team members regarding document updates and workflow needs
  • Provide additional administrative support and complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
