We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Data Entry Operator to support our real estate operations by maintaining property records, updating databases, organizing transaction files, and ensuring information is entered accurately into company systems remotely. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, possess strong organizational skills, and are comfortable using computer applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Administrative Support
* Accurately enter, update, and maintain property listings, client records, and transaction information in company databases and CRM systems.
* Review documents for completeness and verify information before data entry.
* Process new property records, listing updates, and status changes promptly.
* Maintain digital files and organize electronic documents according to company procedures.
* Assist with preparing contracts, disclosure packets, and administrative documentation for internal processing.
* Update spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs with accurate information.
* Monitor databases for duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records and make necessary corrections.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure records remain accurate and current.
* Perform routine quality checks to maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
* Support general administrative projects and other office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, office operations, or clerical work is preferred but not required.
