The coach provides personalized support, motivation, education, and accountability to help individuals set and reach their health goals. Real Appeal Coaches lead virtual group sessions, offer one-on-one check-ins, and share evidence-based strategies for nutrition, physical activity, and behavior change. Their main goal is to empower participants to make sustainable lifestyle changes for better overall health.
