Part-Time Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator

The Charles Nedder Team

Greenwich, CT • On-site

Full-time, Part-time

Job description

Description
Part-Time Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator
The Charles Nedder Team | Greenwich, CT | In-Office
Part-Time | Base Pay + Bonus for Each Closing
Love Real Estate and People-But Don't Want to Spend Your Nights and Weekends Showing Houses?
The Charles Nedder Team is looking for a friendly, personable, and organized Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator to join our Greenwich office on a part-time basis.
This is not a cold-calling position. It's a helping-people position. You'll be talking with past clients, current customers, and buyers and sellers who have already connected with our team. Many have previously spoken with one of our agents, toured properties, requested information, or scheduled an appointment.
Your role is to make sure these relationships don't get lost in the shuffle. You'll check in, find out how they're doing, help them reconnect with their agent, share new properties that closely match what they're looking for, and schedule or rebook appointments when they're ready to take the next step.
If you're a local real estate professional who loves the business and enjoys people but doesn't want to spend your evenings and weekends driving around showing houses, this could be a great fit.
Who We're Looking For
This could be an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a Connecticut real estate license and wants to remain active in the real estate business without taking on the traditional lifestyle of a full-time sales agent.
You may be a great fit if you:
  • Genuinely enjoy talking with people
  • Are naturally friendly, upbeat, and helpful
  • Have a Connecticut real estate license
  • Know Greenwich and the surrounding Fairfield County communities
  • Enjoy building relationships rather than making high-pressure sales calls
  • Are organized and good at remembering details
  • Want a predictable part-time position while staying involved in real estate
  • Enjoy being around other people and working as part of a team

Compensation
We offer dependable base compensation plus a bonus for each successful closing generated from the clients you help nurture.
A Fun, Professional Greenwich Office
You'll work alongside an energetic group of real estate professionals in our Greenwich office where people collaborate, share ideas, celebrate closings, and help one another succeed.
You'll also have access to:
  • Modern real estate technology and AI tools
  • Follow Up Boss CRM and automated client follow-up systems
  • Training and coaching
  • Experienced agents and team leadership
  • Administrative and transaction support
  • A recognized real estate brand through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties
  • Opportunities to learn and grow within the real estate industry

Apply today to start a conversation with The Charles Nedder Team.
