Job description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a Re-entry Admin to join our Northeast Correctional Center located in Bowling Green, Missouri.
The Re-entry Admin assists vulnerable patients in locating and planning access to various healthcare-related services and resources within their community upon release from the correctional setting. Addresses questions or concerns patients with an upcoming release may have about navigating the healthcare system post-release.
  • Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in human services or related field from an accredited educational institution.
  • Minimum of one - two years providing case management or a similar service to vulnerable populations/groups required.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
  • Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a correctional healthcare program, criminal justice, or forensics preferred.
