Role Summary:
The RCM Operational Readiness Support Analyst supports the design, documentation, and implementation of Regulatory Change Management (RCM) operating processes to ensure readiness for business-as-usual (BAU) execution.
This role is critical for operational readiness activities related to governance, documentation, training, platform onboarding, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization of RCM processes and tools.
The role focuses on drafting RCM documentation, including policies, procedures, operating models, training materials, and supporting artifacts, while also assisting with readiness assessments, change enablement, and transition from project delivery to BAU operations. 
The ideal candidate brings experience in regulatory change, compliance operations, and governance frameworks, and can translate regulatory, program, and operating model requirements into practical, auditable, and executable documentation.
This role partners closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to ensure RCM processes, platforms, and governance structures are clearly articulated, socialized, and operationalized.
Key Responsibilities:
RCM Operational Readiness & Operating Model Support:

• Support implementation, readiness, and stabilization of the Regulatory Change Management Target Operating Model (TOM), including transition from project delivery to BAU execution.
• Assist with definition, documentation, and socialization of RCM RACI models, including confirmation of roles and responsibilities across impacted functions.
• Translate TOM and governance decisions into practical operating processes and procedures.
• Assist with process handoffs, BAU ownership transition, and operational clarity post go-live.
Governance, Documentation & Controls:
• Draft and revise RCM governance documentation, including policies, procedures, operating models, and other program documentation.
• Ensure documentation reflects internal standards and enterprise governance requirements.
• Contribute to audit- and exam-ready documentation by ensuring traceability, version control, and clarity of ownership.
Training, Change Management & Enablement:
• Support development and maintenance of RCM and product-specific training materials, user guides, and reference documentation.
• Assist with training readiness activities, including scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training sessions.
• Support user identification and onboarding activities for regulatory platforms, including preparation and coordination of onboarding lists.
• Assist with preparation and circulation of go-live communications, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support execution of stakeholder engagement and change enablement activities to drive adoption and readiness.
Business Go-Live & Vendor Readiness:
• Assist with business go-live readiness activities, including cutover planning support, go/no-go criteria documentation, and readiness confirmation.
• Support confirmation of vendor and platform readiness in coordination with Technology and external vendors.
• Assist in documenting and operationalizing product support.
