Job description

Staffing Boutique is pleased to notify you of a 2-3 month+ contract job opportunity as a Raiser's Edge Database Manager.

Title: Raiser's Edge Database Manager

Organization Type: Education

Work Location: Upper East Side, Manhattan

Start Date: Week of July 20th

Duration: 2-3 months

Schedule: 4 days a week **must report to office

Hours: 30-32 hours a week - flexible schedule

Pay: $40-50 per hour

Description:

  • Process acknowledgements for a large back-log of gifts from June 2026 fiscal year.
  • Running reports and queries and providing donor information to fundraising staff.
  • Responsible for all database maintenance, analysis, reporting, cleaning, and responding to all requests for information as well as the general functioning of the department’s data management.
  • Report to the Development Director and Director of Finance to provide general support to the Development function during peak periods.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Raiser’s Edge, preferably as an administrator in a non-profit fundraising environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required (Proficiency with Office 365 preferred) and a demonstrated ability to perform mail-merge functions.
  • Ability to manage confidential information, multiple priorities and competing deadlines plus maintain an attention to detail.
