Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This onsite role in Sunrise, FL requires strong delivery ownership, deep Agile project execution experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations.
The ideal candidate demonstrates executive-level communication, strong risk management, and the ability to influence without authority while ensuring predictable, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
  • Define and manage project scope, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, timelines, and critical paths.
  • Ensure predictable, on-time delivery across multiple initiatives.
  • Oversee backlog readiness, release planning, and delivery commitments.
Agile Execution & Governance
  • Support and orchestrate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and execution discipline.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum best practices to improve team velocity, transparency, and delivery outcomes.
Risk & Issue Management
  • Own and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks.
  • Drive timely resolution of issues and escalation when required.
Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Provide clear, concise status reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations across Technology, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts across strong stakeholder groups.
Leadership & Communication
  • Demonstrate enterprise-first thinking with high ownership and accountability.
  • Influence outcomes without formal authority through strong communication and relationship management.
  • Ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management within Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing scope, WBS, milestones, and critical path planning.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Rally.
  • Strong experience leading Agile ceremonies as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and complex dependencies.
  • Must be onsite in Sunrise, FL.
