Job description

INTERNSHIP FORMAT:
 

This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI.  Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS:
 

In an SRT Direct Connection role at Stellantis, you will be part of a team that is instrumental to the company's leadership position in the Automotive industry. SRT Direct Connection is responsible for leading the full commercial strategy—including sales growth, channel development, marketing, and brand execution—for the Direct Connection performance parts portfolio. The group works collaboratively to ensure competitive positioning in the aftermarket, accelerates revenue growth, and strengthens the brand's presence across enthusiast, racing, and dealer channels. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business or related field  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications 
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship  
  • Willingness to relocate for internship, if applicable 
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by Spring 2027 
  • Authorized to work in the United States  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Previous internship and/or related dealer/business experience  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners  
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment  
  • Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
