Real work! Our program is designed to introduce aspiring sports and entertainment professionals to the industry and our company by integrating them into client-facing projects that our full-time employees work on every day.

Day-to-day Duties Include:

  • Working with your manager and teams to execute on client work, which varies based on your area of focus, but can include conducting research, assisting on evaluations, ideating on creative development, supporting measurement and ROI analysis, learning the ins and outs of client services, partnering with social influencers and more.
  • Support your discipline as necessary with special projects or tasks that are both short and long term.
  • Partnering with other interns and employees on new business, market research and providing your POV on agency-lead initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Utilize a fact-based, hypothesis driven approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management and communication (written and oral) capabilities.
  • Showcase creative thinking and execution through your work and presentation skills.
  • Express a passion for the sports and / or entertainment industry.

Requirements

  • Students must be able to receive academic credit from their US-based college or university.
  • Open to undergraduate and graduate students

Key Dates:

  • Our Spring 2027 internship application is currently live and set to close on October 9, 2026. Interviews will take place October - November.
  • The Spring internship program starts on January 26, 2027 and ends on April 30, 2027.
