What You'll Do
As the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the resort's maintenance operation, ensuring our property remains safe, beautiful, and operating at the highest standards. You'll oversee preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, resort facilities, and a talented maintenance team that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Leadership & Team Development

Maintenance Operations

  • Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call responsibilities.
