Staff may encounter challenges such as managing high occupancy during peak seasons, resolving guest concerns efficiently, and maintaining the property's cleanliness and amenities. Building strong communication skills, staying organized, and working closely with a supportive team can help manage these challenges and create a positive experience for both guests and staff.
