Housekeeper/RV Detailer
AC Nelsen RV World is currently seeking a RV Detailer to help us clean new and used travel trailers before our customers take delivery. From small campers to 5th wheel units, you will help deliver smiles. This position primarily involves both interior and exterior cleaning of trailer, but trailers are parked outside.
The RV Detailer is responsible for the following:
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
• Dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes the exterior of the unit.
• Washes and replaces blinds. Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas.
• Removes stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
• May also change trash throughout the facilities and picks up debris both inside and outside as needed.
The hours will vary between 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Saturday, up to 40 hours per week, occasional overtime. Saturday shifts may be rotating. Requirements
Successful RV Detailers will find job satisfaction if you enjoy minor cleaning and have attention to detail, must be organized, responsible, and able to work independently. This position primarily works outside, so the applicant must be comfortable working in the outdoors. This is considered a manual labor position and the applicant must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
