We are looking for **self-motivated, highly skilled Mobile RV Technicians** to join our growing team serving customers throughout the Sarasota, Clearwater, and Fort Pierce areas.

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced technician with **provable Level 3 RV certification experience or higher** who can independently diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of RV systems.

The right candidate is:

## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform mobile RV inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs

* Diagnose electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, chassis, and other RV systems

* Identify problems accurately and recommend appropriate repairs

* Communicate professionally with customers and explain repairs clearly

* Provide an exceptional customer experience on every service call

* Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

* Properly document parts, labor, diagnostic findings, and completed repairs

* Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicle, and inventory

* Follow all company safety and service procedures

* Work collaboratively with the RV Service Now team

* Represent RV Service Now professionally in the field

## QUALIFICATIONS

**Required:**

* Proven **Level 3 RV technician certification/experience or higher**

* Demonstrated professional RV repair and diagnostic experience

* Valid driver's license

* **Clean driving record**

* Ability to pass a **background check**

* Ability to work independently in a mobile environment

* Strong communication and customer-service skills

* Dependable attendance

* Professional appearance and attitude
