PleasureLand RV Center, the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest, has been helping families start their adventures since 1971. With locations across the Upper Midwest and a growing team, we’re looking for someone who enjoys running equipment, working outdoors, and keeping operations moving.

If you like operating tractors, moving trailers, and working around some of the biggest and coolest RVs on the road, this could be the perfect job for you.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Lot Operations Team, you’ll help keep our dealership and lot organized and running efficiently by safely moving and staging RVs across the lot.

Your day may include:

  • Operating tractors, forklifts, skid steers and other equipment to move and stage RVs safely
  • Positioning units for technicians and deliveries
  • Towing and transporting RVs and customer units
  • Driving company vehicles to assist with pickups and deliveries
  • Coordinating with the Service Department on repairs and staging to keep operations moving efficiently
  • Maintaining lot organization, cleanliness, and overall appearance
  • Support seasonal lot needs, including snow removal and outdoor cleanup
  • Help maintain secure opening and closing procedures for equipment and designated areas

No two days are exactly the same and that’s part of the fun.

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable operating various equipment and towing trailers
  • Basic mechanical ability and comfort using tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to safety and awareness when moving large units
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
  • RV or trailer experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Why You’ll Love Working Here and What You'll Get

At PleasureLand RV Center, we value the people who want to be part of a team and take pride in their work. We take care of our team so you can focus on doing your best work:

  • Competitive pay + performance-based incentives
  • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, disability)
  • 401(k) with company match & profit sharing
  • Paid time off, holidays, and sick time
  • Opportunities for growth and career advancement
  • Employee discounts on RV parts, accessories, and services
  • A supportive, team-first culture where your skills are valued
