You’ll frequently interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing step-by-step solutions and documenting each case. Collaboration with technical teams or accountants may also be required to resolve more complex issues. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in accounting software while honing your customer service skills.
A QuickBooks Support job involves assisting users with troubleshooting, technical issues, and general inquiries related to QuickBooks software. Support specialists help customers resolve errors, set up accounts, process transactions, and ensure smooth software functionality. They may also provide guidance on best practices, software updates, and integrating QuickBooks with other tools. Michigan Wood Fibers has an immediate full-time opening for a QuickBooks Bookkeeperto join our team in Zeeland, MI. We are a family-owned company located on the north side of Zeeland. This is the perfect role for someone with exceptional customer service and an interest in being exposed to a variety of tasks. You will greet our customers and vendors in person and via phone, while providing administrative support to the team. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
