Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Quick Lane Service Advisor. As the first point of contact for customers utilizing our Quick Lane service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Automotive Quick Lane Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listen to customer concerns and questions regarding their vehicles
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Quick Lane services
  • Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs
