 Join our Dahl Automotive team as a Quick Lane Advisor at our state-of-the-art 10-bay Quick Lane facility located in Onalaska, WI!  In this fast-paced role, you will greet guests coming in for oil changes and quick maintenance on their vehicles.  Work with our Quick Lane Technician team to provide guests with a timely, helpful experience with their light maintenance needs.  We seek a candidate with a passion for customer service, and someone who is able to juggle multiple tasks at any given time.  A positive attitude and organizational skills are a must!
 
Responsibilities
  • Write Quick Lane service orders and help monitor workflow of the Quick Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Answer basic technical questions about vehicle problems and repairs, with help from the technician team when needed.
  • Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
  • Effectively help in managing the Quick Lane schedule to ensure accurate wait times are provided to guests.
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain good working relationship with technicians and other service team members.
