Mullinax Ford is looking to fill the role of Quick Lane Service Manager, which is responsible for ensuring that customers receive 5 star customer service. We are seeking a first-rate candidate to help take our busy Quick Lane department to the next level and to join our multi-store enterprise. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understanding customers’ needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships
  • Keep up to date with new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required
  • Direct, supervise, and monitor performance of all direct report employees
  • Attracting, developing, and retaining talent
  • Engaging and motivating the team to meet performance expectations and goals
  • Ensure all parts, tools, and equipment is available and up to date for all team members to complete work
  • Ensure all employee’s receive proper training
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the Quick Lane department
  • Assisting other departments
  • Follow all Company procedures and standards
  • Other duties as assigned
