Mullinax Ford is seeking a Quick Lane Advisor to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by accurately documenting customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and providing clear communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs

Requirements:

  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
