We are looking for a Quick Lane Advisor to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong customer service background. The day-to-day duties include assisting customers with their service needs, recommending maintenance, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and assist with their service needs in the Quick Lane
  • Write service tickets and document customer concerns accurately
  • Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate directly with technicians to ensure services are completed efficiently and correctly
  • Keep customers informed on service progress, timelines, and any additional recommended work
  • Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approvals
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check-in to check-out
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service or automotive service advisor experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, service procedures and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
