Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Review vehicle history and identify required maintenance and service needs
  • Advise customers on recommended and necessary services
  • Inform customers of current promotions and available service specials
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and service excellence
  • Maintain dealership standards for repair order production and service workflow

Qualifications
  • Previous dealership or aftermarket automotive experience required
  • Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid in-state driverโ€™s license required
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resume must be uploaded and assessment completed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening
