Responsibilities
  • Perform general express technician services efficiently and accurately
  • Complete oil changes, tire rotations, wiper blade replacements, air filters, battery checks, and multipoint inspections
  • Perform general maintenance and light repair services
  • Identify repair and maintenance needs on customer vehicles
  • Work collaboratively with other Quick Lane Technicians to complete service tickets
  • Provide labor and time estimates for recommended additional repairs
  • Communicate repair recommendations clearly to Service Advisors and customers
  • Continue learning new technologies and service techniques through ongoing training
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of inspection-based services and preventative maintenance
  • Ability to perform maintenance and light repairs independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of the tire and automotive repair industry preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
