Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their service needs
  • Prepare detailed service orders and estimates
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
  • Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
  • Previous experience at a car dealership is preferred
  • Ability to identify the problem quickly
  • Knowledge of automobiles
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
