Quality Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a caring, compassionate, and professional attitude
  • Maintain a sense of urgency, flexibility and remain positive under stress
  • Speak with a smile, communicate well with Customers, Team Members, and Leaders
  • Must be self-sufficient, dependable, and work well without direction, once trained
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Must take initiative to complete training and follow all recipes and procedures
  • Must follow all safety, OSHA, Health Dept and Chick-fi-A policies and procedures
  • Effectively perform duties and take initiative in the restaurant
  • Must accept correction and be willing to change
  • Needs to be able to quickly and proficiently adopt shorthand language used to identify products
  • Needs to be proficient with the restaurant's electronic resources including iPads, registers, CFA app, and any other technology platforms
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Consistently abide by set rules of conduct such as dress code, phone, and attendance
  • Other duties as assigned
