Service Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead operations at our MSLA branch. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What Youโ€™ll Do
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee daily service operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of service professionals
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance for a team of 10โ€“15 employees
  • Partner with branch leadership and office staff to achieve operational and financial goals
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, addressing issues proactively
  • Optimize scheduling, workflows, and overall operational efficiency
  • Support business growth through performance management and team development
  • Participate in technical, sales, and administrative aspects of the business
  • Delegate effectively and foster accountability across the team
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support branch success
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience in service-based industries (pest control or lawn care preferred)
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supervising, coaching, and developing teams
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (preferred)
  • Required pest control licensing (or ability to obtain)
