Location: Firestone Complete Auto Care – Canton Harmont
Overview:
Firestone Complete Auto Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong customer service and automotive knowledge. The Service Manager oversees daily shop operations, manages the technician team, and ensures every customer receives top-quality service and honest recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and motivate technicians and service staff to maintain high productivity and morale. 
    • Coordinate daily workflow and ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance jobs.
  • Sales and Customer Relations:
    • Provide accurate quotes and sell recommended jobs based on vehicle needs. 
    • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and transparency. 
    • Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and store sales targets.
  • Operations Management:
    • Order and manage inventory and parts efficiently to support fast turnaround times. 
    • Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. 
    • Assist with payroll management and scheduling to balance labor costs and coverage.
  • Performance and Financial Management:
    • Monitor and manage daily sales, productivity, and profitability metrics. 
    • Lead by example in achieving individual and team sales goals. 
    • Contribute to business growth through proactive shop management and staff development.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive service management or a related role preferred. 
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Compensation and Schedule:
  • Schedule: Approximately 42 hours per week (full-time, variable schedule including some weekends). 
  • Compensation:
