Job description

Join our team as a Site Quality Lead, where you'll oversee product testing, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead quality assurance initiatives. This role manages a small team, promotes workplace safety, supports continuous improvement, and serves as a key resource for food safety and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily quality operations, audits, and product testing.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and customer requirements.
  • Train and coach staff on food safety and quality practices.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, complaints, and nonconformances.
  • Maintain accurate records, lab equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or 5+ years equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards; HACCP/SQF/PCQI certifications preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
