DetailXPerts is growing dramatically! We are seeking a Quality Control Lead who takes immense pride in delivering a flawless client experience. This is a critical leadership role for someone with an extraordinary eye for detail, a deep understanding of commercial cleaning standards, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of indoor/outdoor areas, restrooms, and floors to ensure they meet DetailXPerts elite standards.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example by performing general cleaning and maintenance (pressure washing fuel islands, floor care, window detailing, and sanitation).
  • Team Coordination: Direct and mentor fellow cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Operational Reporting: Complete and submit digital checklists, inventory sheets, and inspection reports (Word/Excel).
  • Facility Security: Ensure all buildings are locked and secured after hours and proactively report any maintenance hazards.
  • Client Excellence: Act as the face of the company, building trust and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience (Required). Experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel) for administrative tasks and inventory management.
  • Reliability: You must be dependable, punctual, and have a "get it done" attitude.
  • Credentials: A valid drivers license with a reasonable record, reliable transportation to our hub, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Shift: 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday + rotating weekends).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to cover absences or assist with special projects as needed.
  • Year-Round Work: Stable, consistent hours regardless of the season.
