Job description

Quality Control (QC) Associate

Location: Matawan, NJ

Pay Rate

  • Starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

1st Shift:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Schedules may be extended based on production needs and workload.

Job Overview

The Quality Control (QC) team is responsible for making sure products meet company quality standards before they are released. In this role, you will inspect products, perform quality checks and testing, document results, identify any defects or issues, and work closely with the production team to ensure all quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on products and materials.
  • Conduct quality checks and laboratory testing as needed.
  • Record and review inspection and testing results.
  • Identify and report product defects or quality concerns.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.
  • Follow all quality control procedures, safety policies, and company standards.
