What is a quality account manager?

A Quality Account Manager is a professional responsible for ensuring that products or services meet certain quality standards while managing relationships with clients or customers. They serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients regarding quality assurance issues, resolving concerns, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Their duties often include monitoring quality metrics, coordinating audits, and implementing improvements to processes. Quality Account Managers play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within an organization.

How does a quality account manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns?

A Quality Account Manager works closely with teams such as production, engineering, and customer service to resolve client issues related to product quality.
