  • Maintain consistent customer communication, ensuring timely responses and proactive relationship management.

Sales Development & Opportunity Pursuit
  • Manage and pursue inbound opportunities and leads sourced through the Account Executive Team and Marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in early-stage discovery, qualification, and solution alignment for lower-revenue opportunities.
  • Generate new logo business through assigned channels and self-generated activity when appropriate.

Proposal, Quoting & RFP Support
  • Prepare, organize, and submit accurate proposals, quotes, and RFP responses within required deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Specialists on quoting, project registrations, subcontractor requests, and required documentation.
  • Ensure proposal completeness and accuracy while adhering to Knight Watch sales standards and processes.

Collaboration & Internal Partnership
  • Partner with Solution Architects to design technology solutions that meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Act as a secondary sales resource for Account Executives and Enterprise Account Directors on larger, complex opportunities.

  • Engage in ongoing sales, technology, and product training to develop toward an Account Executive career path.
  • Seek feedback and participate in coaching sessions to continuously improve performance and capabilities.

Qualifications
Required / Preferred Experience
  • 2-5 years of sales or account management experience in a B2B environment (preferred).
  • Experience preparing bids, proposals, or RFP submissions (beneficial).
  • Background in physical security, technology, integration services, or related technical fields is a plus but not required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex technology solutions and apply them to customer needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support peers, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and standard quoting tools.
