Job description

Position Summary:
The Behavior Analyst is responsible for independently managing a caseload of 9 to 20 clients, scheduling and performing assessments and client visits, creating clinically necessary documents, and other responsibilities as necessitated by the Individual Plan of Service (IPOS) and behavior plan. This role requires a high level of independence and professional expertise to ensure quality care and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Independently manage a caseload of 9 to 20 clients.

  • Independently schedule and perform assessments and client visits.

  • Create clinically necessary documents and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with IPOS and behavior plans.

  • Engage with stakeholders to obtain clinically relevant information.

  • Perform data analysis and make recommendations based on clinical data.

  • Develop and maintain materials for the delivery of services.

  • Draft and implement protocols to support the delivery of services.

  • Perform all duties in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Ensure compliance with all CMH policies and procedures.

  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Masterโ€™s degree in a related field.

  • Certification and licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Experience in managing clinical cases independently.

  • Fluent with Google Sheets and/or Excel.

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the treatment of aberrant behaviors preferred.

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace preferred.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license and be able to use a personal vehicle for company purposes, subject to liability carrierโ€™s verification.ย 

  • Employer will provide a Chromebook and/or laptop computer. Employees are responsible for ensuring that they have a workspace with sufficient privacy and amenities to complete the work as required.

  • Flexibility in schedule, with availability at least 30 hours per week during business hours (Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
