QSR managers also handle hiring, training, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a QSR manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a QSR Manager, you need strong leadership, operational management, and customer service skills, typically supported by experience in food service or hospitality management. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and food safety certifications such as ServSafe is often required.
