We're looking for an experienced supervisor with strong leadership skills who can confidently manage people, maintain operational performance, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:
  • Previous experience supervising teams within an industrial, manufacturing, recycling, or waste environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to work permanent night shifts.
