About the Opportunity

Are you a high-energy, hands-on restaurant leader who loves building teams and driving operational excellence? We are partnering with a highly successful, growing franchise organization to find an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations in the Muskogee and Okmulgee areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across multiple locations.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing General Managers to build strong internal talent pipelines.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence.
  • Leading from the floor: This is a 90% on-the-floor, in-restaurant role. You will be on your feet, working side-by-side with your teams to drive success.
