Job description

The QA Test Lead will manage processes and personnel to conduct quality assurance of the Pension Administration system which includes 32 separates functional work streams with complex and diverse use cases and scenarios.
The QA Test Lead will need to support the testing of all the data bridging scenarios that will be adopted in the course of the transition from legacy system to new pension administration system. The QA Test Lead will also need to support the testing on legacy system as functionality is being retired and decommissioned.
Duties will also include reviewing BRDs, functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of the business and the system. The QA Test Lead will devise test objectives, test strategies, test plans, lead, and guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites. The Test Lead will determine if
Automation, Performance, Load, API, cross browser testing etc. is required and manage the effort. In collaboration with other stake holders will estimate testing time, control and report on the test progress.
