Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to lead quality assurance efforts for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, framework development, test planning, and leading QA teams in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the automation testing strategy and execution across multiple projects.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
Create and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and backend applications.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure quality standards.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution.
Mentor QA engineers and drive automation best practices.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills:
8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in a Test Lead role.
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
